Election season is here again in St. Paul, and two town council seats are up for grabs. After working closely with both individuals during my first year on the council, I am proud to endorse:
Alderman Larry Nail for Seat 1
Alderman David Dryden for Seat 2
✅ Larry Nail – Seat 1
Alderman Nail is a thoughtful, tech-savvy leader whose expertise in information technology and cybersecurity brings invaluable insight to the council—especially as we work to modernize and secure our town’s infrastructure.
He currently serves as the Senior Director of Worldwide Information Technology and Global Cybersecurity at Diodes Incorporated, a Plano-based semiconductor company. In this role, Larry oversees global strategy and infrastructure protection, while also mentoring and educating future professionals in the field.
Locally, he plays a key role in strengthening the town’s IT systems. His contributions to complex issues are consistently insightful, grounded in deep real-world experience.
✅ David Dryden – Seat 2
Alderman Dryden has been a steady and unifying presence on the council. He consistently helps us focus on collaboration and making real progress—especially when it comes to protecting St. Paul's financial health.
Professionally, David S. Dryden is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and the Managing Partner of Insight Wealth Partners, LLC, a financial advisory firm based in Plano, Texas.
With over 30 years in financial services, he’s exceptionally qualified to lead our town toward smart, sustainable financial decisions.
It has been a true pleasure working with Aldermen Dryden and Nail. They are diligent, collaborative, and deeply committed to doing what’s best for our town.
If re-elected, I’m confident they will continue to serve St. Paul with integrity, thoughtfulness, and vision.
